The nearest Cracker Barrel I believe is off Kirkman Rd outside of the Universal Resort area.

The B-Liner is in the actual hotel so it's probably best in terms of proximity. Most of the people who are there will likely just be hotel people because there is no parking just to go there. You have to valet or park next door at the Pointe Orlando parking garage. However I think if you go ahead and park at OCCC anyways in the morning (if you are not at a local hotel or shuttling), then you can just walk over to there. :) The prices are a bit higher then a Denny's/Perkins/Waffle House but they give you a big portion for it.

There is a Perkin's on the corner of International Dr/Sand Lake but that is a high traffic area so it will probably be pretty busy in the morning but they can easily take a large party.

If you go the other way on Sand Lake, going past Turkey Lake Drive, there is a First Watch tucked in a plaza. They have an excellent breakfast also and very good prices.

And lastly if you go by the Mall of Millenia area, there is a Mimi's Cafe (great, good prices) and a Florida Waffle Shop (or Keke's Cafe now I guess) which serve very tasty waffles, also good prices. :) This area I expect to be a little less busy and the drive is just 10min from the convention center area.

Hope that is informative. I'll probably go by the center on Monday or Tuesday and see how things look. Definitely going up Wednesday as I want to pick up my 'coupons'. :-D

Since CV is mostly about celebrating TESB's 30th, you may get a kick out this 1980 TV clip reviewing the "new" movie:

No biggie. They'll still be onsale at CV. Only Mark Hamill has a chance of selling out the first day, and he's only signing Friday and Saturday.

I'm so glad I have no real interest in autographs. I've read on Rebelscum forums where some folks have purchased literally over $1,000-$2,000 in coupon tickets. :google

No, spank you!

I do think I might try to get Ben Burtt to sign the inside of my R2 dome, since he was the "voice" of R2 and all. But I'm even hedging on that.
