Star Wars Celebration V Freaks Party Thread

What is this breakfast you speak of ?

Lucasfilm has sponsored official SWFC Breakfasts at big events for years now. Actually started at SW Weekends in 2000. They've had them at the past 2 Celebrations and at SDCC for the past 7 years or so.

It's expensive now, though (about $50-$60 a person). You get a 5-Star breakfast, whatever exclusive action figure is at that con, a goodie bag filled with stuff from the Lucasfilm Licensing Archives, and there is usually at least 1 SW celebrity there and you get free Auto's from them. There is also a raffle and they give away tons of cool prizes.

I'm sure they'll do one during CV (or two, like they did at CIV). Probably won't be officially announced/on sale til a month or so before the con, though.

Yeah, but I know people who have purchased tickets to some of the breakfasts who weren't current SWFC members.

I would like to go to the breakfast actually...i think it would be fun. How do none members get tix...if available of course?

Also...i think that members shouldn't have to pay at all....i mean.....it should be like a thank you breakfast for being a member.

I'm pretty sure non-members just purchase the tix when they go on sale like actual members would. They apparently just don't check it.

I also propose a group breakfast for one of the days (obviously one that wouldn't coincide with one of the Star Wars Fan Club breakfasts). There is both an IHOP and a Denny's right there next to the Conv. Center.

As for the t-shirts......i'm gonna speak with my company to see how much they would print hem out for me.....This is a hi-volume printing company...so it's very rare thatthey would print out less then 1000 shirts....but i'll give it a shot anywayz!

That's the bar. I still haven't called because I have to call after 5pm and I keep forgetting. The phone number goes to the front desk and the last time I called the woman was a complete _____ about me calling her.
