There are six 11" x 22" books. The box is 25.75" x 12.25" x 13.5". There are also trays that the books slide out on, and then there are the two plaques.

If it's hardwood (cherry or oak), and the plaques are bronze, it's possible.

Well, I broke down and ordered one. With all the enthusiasm and they way they're selling i figured what the hell. I'll just have to put off buying a house for another year. I'm sure my wife will be cool with it.

Bump. where are the TRUE SW fans? I'm saddened it hasn't sold out yet, much less passed the $4k mark. :monkey2

Wow. Sucker!

Its all a fiendish plan by Lucas. The lead pages will actually make the buyer dumber than he already was and thus more likely to pay for schlock like this. :monkey3

Of course no one's buying it. How many people here can spend $4000 on a set of books?

I think if I took a jet to work, and my office was on the 75th floor of a skyscraper, I'd get this in two seconds. And I'd like it. A lot. Well crafted inlaid wood is awesome. So are high-res, gloss, theater proportioned screen captures.

But I'm just a hotel clerk, so I really don't give a damn. Why do you guys? Oh. Duh. Star Wars fans. :rotfl

Times have changed for the prices of hardbound books, huh?

I hope this product sees epic failure.
