Yeah, that's pretty much total BS. When this happened previously, they at least sent out an email notice giving you the opportunity to cancel.

thats consumer fraud, get a screenshot of the order page where there is no NRD, a copy of your cc showing the charge, and file with the ca ag and take them to court.

Are you sure it's not a charge for some other preorder, can't see sideshow doing this....change es secretly is one thing...but this really is fraud...

It is listed without dropping down the flex schedule. It is 2 lines below the "Add to Cart" button. It was not at all present at the time many folks, including myself, ordered it. So, there!

That's what you took out of my post?!? I said it WASN'T there at all when those of us that ordered early on placed our orders. Meaning not present whatsoever. Utterly omitted. Not yet added... not that it was there, but we missed it or lacked the power to read it. It's not my fault you can't deduce the meaning of my post.

When this went up for order there was no NRD. Now there is one. What's up with that?
