Of course there was buddy.
Because there was no point to my silly attempt at a comeback.
I think my point was crystal clear.Fixed, & you're welcome.
I remember watching the first handful of episodes of Clone Wars and the animation appeared awkward and some of the scenes were very kid-friendly. Having just watched the series again, those first episodes compared with how dark, gritty and violent the last 3-4 episodes were shows the steps they had taken to not alienate their core audience.
I will give Rebels a chance, I think it has loads of potential. One thing I don't think they should be doing is showing all this rough animation. Nothing is polished and when they show that rough animation, a lot of people forget how many more stages it has to progress through before being production-ready. I am looking forward to it.
Why can't people allow other people enjoy things? In this forum especially, why must someone be attacked because they like a cartoon or a tv show? Aren't we all adults here? If you like it, watch it. If you don't like it, don't watch it.
Makes me smack my head against the wall reading comments attacking someone for looking forward to a cartoon. I though we were all above this.
I for one am looking forward to the show. Hoping it's an opening to the SW universe for my 19 month old daughter.
I don't understand getting mad and angry and upset about a cartoon.
If we all respected each others opinions imagine how boring the world would be. Nicer, yes. But very boring.

Thats weird. I read what you're quoting, but I don't see a source for it. Was there some thread editing going on?
I'm confused. Did I need to indicate that I was quoting myself and it came from me as the source?
we all love Star Wars and are very protective of it… perhaps especially now that George isn’t at the helm (good or bad, it was his creation and his right to explore it). sassy pink armored Mando spray painting 20 somethings are a new pill to swallow…
if Disney wants to appeal to everyone, why not take a cue from the original trilogy? why fall in line with the obvious? compelling storytelling is universal.
Feel better cupcake?I think my point was crystal clear.
Hating on something just for not having been in the original trilogy is as ridiculous as it gets.
Darth Maul (tattooed bald guy) is liked by most everyone. Asajj Ventress (bald, pale skin) is a very well known EU fan-favorite. So, technically, bashing them for whatever reason (being part of the prequel trilogy) would be going against the crowd and would make you the hipster.
I foresee a lot of irrational hate from the OT purists directed at every upcoming Disney Star Wars project regardless of the quality. Can't use the fact that the prequel trilogy was subpar as your excuse for not accepting anything outside of the OT anymore.
Which is fine, you know. Nothing wrong with differing opinions. You can like what you want. But if you're going to start trash-talking things, you should have a valid reason for doing so. Otherwise you just look like a ****.
We know almost nothing about this Inquisitor guy other than his physical appearance, which is very by the numbers Sith/Empire attire, and his species - one of the more menacing and less goofy races from the PT. It's silly to immediately write him off as a "hipster nasty".
