Thank god she had nothing to do with Lucasfilm back then.

I still think Leigh Brackett, despite having her script thrown out, deserves some credit. Go and watch Rio Bravo (which she wrote) and tell me that John Wayne and Angie Dickinson weren’t some kind of template for Leia and Han’s bickering relationship.

Williams was at the height of his powers and ILM was in full swing, the effects have an incredible expressionistic style to them.

Plus, Peter Suschitzky for the best lighting ever in SW. Hoth has that gorgeous blue sheen and the carbon freezing chamber those blues and oranges.

But I still can’t comprehend how Ford and Fisher managed to pull out such great performances when they were high most of the time.

I think I read somewhere that Kathleen Kennedy's middle name is Kristine. But she doesn't use it all, cause of the obvious.
