SW is so way overdue for an epic live action space battle it’s not even funny because it certainly didn’t happen in the ST.

What a wasted opportunity the ST were its sole existence was meant for Han, Luke and Leia to reunite and for there to be an epic space battle and they dropped the ball on both fronts!

Instead we get my 2nd favorite ship in some pointless forgettable SW kids show.

sigh
Oh, am sure there'll be battles in the Mando film. + a Mythosaur.

Andor as well, since Luthen &^%$ up an Imperial ship. Or at least lots of explosions.

So, they left Jude Law open for a redemption arc, since Kylo keeled over from the kiss of death. Tho by then it's debatable whether I'll keep my D+ or not.

Some lady called Yasmine Al Massri played Jod's Jedi "master" in a deleted scene.

This was the shortest acting job I have done but the most meaningful to the child in me.. playing a Jedi for one scene in Skeleton Crew.. I gave a speech when the crew wrapped me on set saying : you just created the first Arab female Jedi.. thank you.. the scene unfortunately Didn’t make it to the finale cut bc these things happen..

She seems awfully proud about being the "first female Arab Jedi," but clearly she was still a Padawan. She doesn't strike me as big a nerd as real SW fans...surely there was some actress playing a Jedi on Geonosis that was Arab.
Am so tired of performers being happy about their backgrounds and "being first". Don't ever remember watching anything and thinking about how excited I was, or knowing or caring, someone was the first whatever.

Wish more of 'em worried about their acting skills.

I did forget to mention RO in my rant, that was the best space battle stuff since ROTJ.

RO is 3D is actually quite spectacular.

I burned through Skeleton Crew this weekend (four episodes yesterday, four today) and I enjoyed it.

My favorite character was Kh'ymm. I was hoping we'd see more of her but I have a feeling she might make an appearance in a future project, like the Mando movie or even Ahsoka S2 (perhaps helping locate the planet Ahsoka and Sabine are stranded on). I also think we'll see Jod again. I also wouldn't be surprised if we see the kids again, but I'm not too confident in that. I felt the way they showed Wim admiring the X-Wings implied perhaps he's going to apply to be a pilot when he's older?

It was fun seeing the X-Wing fleet show up in the finale, along with the pair of B-Wings. I assume the Blockade Runner was loaded with ground troops to detain any pirates on the ground, as well as officials from the New Republic to help with forming a government for At Attin in the post-supervisor era.

Seriously, every time an X-Wing or B-Wing pops up in one of these shows, it just makes me wish we could get a freakin series about THEM already! Since they're always the coolest part of any given episode.

For real. I'd love a Rogue Squadron series.

I got say this show is ripping off so many tropes that have triggered so many people on this forum for other films.....yet strangely do not seem to bother them now. The "memba this" is so huge with callbacks to the 80's kid adventures is on almost every frame.

Not sure what is going on with that.....as it also seems to be happening to me.

Treasure Planet , Goonies, a host of others that, at times have direct COPIES of the storylines.....yet...............

Yet some how this show is still fun.

That ending was way too abrupt.

Also not sure what the credits art is supposed to represent? A story Wim made or something?

I believe the first part was putting a bit of light on Jod’s time with the Jedi.

Given his many cognomens, I couldn’t even commit Jod’s name to memory until the final episodes. Yet, At Attin was mentioned so incredibly often that I struggle to this day to keep the words off my lips whenever I attempt speech.
