That's not how the force works!

Carrie was so cute and hot when she was young- wow. She did not age well- she's really not that old..but man

She still looked good in Austin Powers as I recall, 1997 I think. Hamill still looked like it was 1983 in interviews from '97.

Tis a pity episodes 7, 8 and 9 couldn't have been made instead of a certain other set of films from 1999-2005.

Just watched TFA for the third time since buying the Blu. I had no plan on doing so tonight, but I was absolutely shocked when my Wife asked to watch it.

That never happens, is there some kind of strange harmonic convergence going on or something?

Perhaps she was replaced by some kind of replicant or clone, not that I'm complaining. ;)

I think it's Girl Power lol

You may be on to something there...

The inclusion of a strong female lead... somehow made this movie appealing to... (GASP!) Females!

Oh my god! Was that Disney's dastardly plan all along!

Now we have to share this movie with...... women! ;)

What could this mean!

Taking a woman to see a Star Wars film might actually get you laid from now on!

This must be bizarro world.

I don't think that was Disney's goal at all for this film originally. They wanted to do something different but follow an idea that was created in the EU. But the script played out that Rey took on the Girl Power role.

Now for Rogue One.. It's too late, Disney is capitalizing the Rey empowerment hype, and that's what is sad.
