But now i'm looking at the saber over her right eye and it looks like a mechanical eye so I wonder if they were hinting at her getting a Vader mask.

Maybe when Rey and Kylo get it on to make the ultimate grey jedi she tells Kylo she had done the dirty deed with his dad and in anger he breaks his mask and that's what is seen ion the preview. She needs a grey Vader style dome.

And Felicity played Jyn as quiet but smart and tough. Her character made for a really nice on screen hero that overlapped with Leia, Ripley, and Furiosa while still maintaining her own unique identity separate from all of them.
