Yes, I'd like to see Jyn and Rey naked, doing the gray thing together. I think that would broaden the Star Wars universe in an interesting and topical way.

Leia will always be untouchable at #1 but Jyn cracked the top 3 along with Ripley.

No way they went back there for reshoots for that small scene. That scene of them embracing with the mushroom cloud looks as fake as the droid factory in Episode II. Especially when they die. Maybe the first few seconds of when they're siting on the beach it's real, but the rest? Nah, they're in soundstage D.

Correct. Because they filmed their beach deaths on the first go around. The only time they were ever going to live was at the script stage. You're also correct that the actual blast that vaporized them was a digital effect that wasn't "real."

Just watch the scene. All it takes is two seconds to see that they're on a real beach regardless of the shot or angle.

It doesn't look real to me. I've seen the making of the Two Towers and Return of the King too many times to believe my eyes when it comes to this ****. There are too many changes from RO the trailer/promo material to Rogue One the final movie (Saw's entire appearance, Vader without tunic, Krennic mouthing off at Vader aboard a Star Destroyer interior looking setting, Jyn and Cassian running on the beach with the disc, etc. etc.) to make me not believe some things weren't last minute additions, no matter what the "real" making of story is.

Somewhere way below Disney Land, in a vault, is the original footage of Jyn and Cassian being escape pod jettisoned "memba C-3PO and R2-D2" style.
