Yes, lekku are better in the trailer. Unlike many, I'm not fond of same costume (Especially the back which is a very modern and daily design).
Also, the dropping down on a rock scene, they should pay attention to achieve more realistic physics. They should drop faster.

She's likely using the force to break the fall

Love this set, however the deluxe stand is just puzzling as far as where the stand screws in and what options that gives you for display. I need to scour these threads for pics of folks poses with the deluxe stand because all I could muster was the "one foot on the rock" pose... She is a beauty though, and Grogu is a slight improvement over previous versions, IMO.

Theres no worries there.. it’s not in stock at AE. it’s add to cart but still preorder status there.. I’ve had mine on order there since day one and still haven’t received an imminent arrival time frame notice yet

Is it just me or is this deluxe stand, as to usually Hot Toys standards a real pain to use with the grabber? Just zero foot space to actually make any decent use of it.

They should have included the regular stand and this used as a pure diorama piece without trying to make it a stand.

Excellent picture, I'm thinking of doing something similar when mine arrives.

Her lekku and montrals have changed which is significant and a great improvement.

Her lekku are confirmed to be longer, thanks to new tech that keeps them from wrapping around Dawson while also reducing the time required in the makeup chair.

The Lekku are the big changes for me. I think she looked really good in the Mando, but I knew they would try and improve on the Lekku because Filoni always said he would improve it if he could.

Ye, might be sticking my dlx straight on eBay whenever I finally get it. The standard stand is wayyy nicer and the inevitable Ahsoka show Ahsoka figure will be an improved version with USB lightsabers. All in all, the dlx is probably going to end up being the worst option- just like with dx19. Classic Hot Toys

The make-up also looks a lot better now. That picture makes me want to wait for the Ahsoka show version. The longer lekku isn’t a deal-breaker by itself, but it certainly helps when I find the likeness very unconvincing on the Mando version to begin with.

Tried swapping my DLX PO for the standard version at BBTS but they wouldn't do it because it's not an "in stock" item. Grrr.
I'm "Grogu'd" out* and actually like that regular version stand a lot more. I may try the swap again when the stock eventually hits as I'm sure a lot of folks may cancel this and await the Ashoka show version.

*- as I'm sure a lot more folks may be if the speculated shenanigans of him "saving" Din in that ridiculous Iggy shell thing while "awakening" the kraken, er, mythosaur for Bo to save the day sound like a way over the top wrap up that sends the little mite into overdrive that will make leaping into Lizzo's lap look great in comparison...please be wrong lol

Might be better seeing if you can get the Standard elsewhere and cancelling your Deluxe with them.

Yes - both version's PO's are "sold out" and the CS person said they are only getting enough to fill the orders. I'm sure he's just reading the script per se, but we've seen every figure show up in stock there once it hits.

I'll figure out something. Don't know when BBTS is even getting this figure.

I wouldn't bank on that with many of the figures coming in where they might've been ordered/produced in smaller quantities. Especially if they're already on waitlist/sold out at Sideshow.

If you want the standard, it would probably be safer to pick it up somewhere that gets it in and not wait for BBTS.
