Starkiller 1/6. Who's in?

Kash! You're back dude?! I thought it was game over for this project so I went and had a bash myself at doing a Starkiller (modified Luke Bespin kotobukiya). Just waiting on Hemble to do the head - one area I couldn't tackle

Still looking forward to yours knocking every iteration out of the park!

No way I could ever afford a single figure that expensive, but I'm still looking forward to watching this grow like any other custom figure.

Although I still think this belongs in the Star Wars Customs section....

Yeah 650 is out of my league. I understand the price being so high though. Was kinda hoping for 350 - 400 max.

like i said im basin price on all factors,and am convertin in to pounds as im uk.plus i include the shipping, like i said might even drop the price,..this project has at times bein like a thorn in my side!,lol,
imma put up some of my other cutoms so u guys can get a feel for my work,worst case scenarioe i might just offer the armour set as the head is peein me off,or i wouldnt mind doin a collaboration project with anyone, i.e someone else tackles the head sculpt and paint and i do the costume and asscessories.

actually startin wrk on donnie yen snowman, did a donnie sky from hero for a mate and have bein tryin to steal it back ever since,lol,

got alota of free time now as i lost my job due to cut backs, so have decidid i might try this for a livin, see hw it goes.
i only put the price which i belive is fair due to the work and effort,and custom. i wuldnt rip anyone off as i have much respect for the art and my sideshow family, HENSE WHY I DON'T take payments until the final product is complete and ready to ship.

hope that clears up alot of the worries and misconceptions.

definitely in for this one. like the force unleashed. though tfuII is pretty much a failer, i would like for this version for the 1/6.

though the original training costume from tfu is fine as well.
though my favorite costume in both games is this one.

Why is TFUII a fail? I thought it was pretty good!

Except it was way too short and had a pretty crappy story... oh yeah and the ending(s) suck...

It was a nice hour and a half though.

ok guys the price was in dollors, i understand it aint easy to put tha much money on a custom and the custom should be justifiablle to the price. so imma put the rice to $500 inclu shipping, but well let u judge after iput up some pics, all the money i make will be goin to the bubba fund anyway..im sellin sum stuff to if anyone intersed but will open a sperate thread for that!!..this is dedicated to the great starkiller!!!

Well, the story wasn't actually that bad I'll admit... But

I think the whole "Starkiller's back because we CLONED him" idea is sort of cheesy.

The only major issue I have with it really is that it only had 5 levels, if you inculde Dagobah (which lasted all of 2 minutes) and then 2 of the levels are the same place...


Anyway, I'm looking forward to those pics.

Could we at least see some WIP pics of the HS or something? Anything? I know you may want to seem very professional and official and do it like Sideshow, where there's a teaser pic and then the final product just shows up a while later... But I'd like it much better if you could show us some progress pics instead. Less theatrical, but cooler IMO.

Oh, and just my two cents... It seems to me like not many people will bite on a $500 hook... Perhaps in addition to selling the entire figure for $500 you could sell some pieces of him (like the armor, for example) separately. It might appeal more to the customizers... Just a thought.

true bro,that was my quip too!!,reccon they did that cause they bringing out part 3, man i love the freefall bits in the game,i kept playin them over and over again, aloso thought it was cool the way the cahnged the clur of the light saber in the cutscenes dependin on which one u had equipped!
