With the movie right around the corner, it's hard to say. I think they will both see a big spike and then come back down and settle to a bit higher than where they are currently.

Depends. If SSC offers up Iron Man film Maquettes in 1/4 size they'll pull the wind out of the sails of both the standard IM and the Stealth. The Exclusive will probably still levitate above them all unless the films have a Stark alternate head.

What SSC does for the IM film will decide the long range pricing of these pieces.

I saw the Stealth IM at Comic Con and feel in love with the color and most especially, the lights. I'm not a Marvel collector so this will be my first Marvel statute.

Ordinarily, I like to display my collectibles in themes but since the only Marvel items I own are the Captain America, Spiderman and Wolverine (on order) zombie busts, I may just have to display these together. If I don't like the way they look displayed, I may just sell the Stealth IM.

If it's any consolation, You can always order (WL converted) a Thing EX, that has very, very low scalp/flip-ability. There are a few idiots on ebay who have learned the hard way.

The "outrageous" auction you mentioned was to benefit the children of a Sideshow employee who passed away. Sorry her death didn't coincide with your collecting habits to get you a better deal. Sideshow wasn't thinking about the timing to benefit their bottom line.
