The regular head sculpt might be better than I thought. Nice. Body looks mint. Actually, the figure overall is looking good. Thanks for posting that video.

Thanks for posting, Chockles. :duff Unlike Enterbay's most recent NBA figures, there's no doubting the likeness.

If I were getting this, I'd leave him in a museum pose, just to be on the safe side. :lol

Its nice to see other collectors taking videos for this figure and also see it in bendable action. Looks to me like that is the standard edition one with the standard gloves and boots.

Like you, I'll play with it but once on display it will be back in a museum pose as well. Just the last hurdle now and I hope the final production turns out great.

Do you know when this is coming out? Also, you can only get the championship belt if you PO the figure, is that right? Does that mean there'll be yet another version :lol without the belt?

Latest update from their recent interview (mentioned a few pages back) is that its been rescheduled to be released sometime in October. The first release for this is the Toy Souls HK ver. The other versions have not been mentioned at all when they will be released.

As for the Belt, you are correct however so far we have not heard or seen any updates about this item.

Thanks, I appreciate it. :duff

No probs. Myself and a few others are waiting for this one too. So hopefully things turn out well for this one. I was impressed already when I saw this back at the Toy Souls event. Back then they said they needed to tweak and thicken up the thighs and work on the tattoos. Hopefully its just keeping track of the QC during the production phases. This and Hogan I believe will be their make or break time, since these are more geared towards western markets and had better exposure compared with their previous releases.

I look at those shorts and I just want a Rocky! lol

I'm with you, in fact I wish they would have done another boxer, didn't have to be Rocky, I just don't understand why they needed to do a second Tyson, they could have done Ali, Frazier, Lamotta, Foreman, Holmes, Haglar, Duran, Hearns, Sugar Ray Leonard or any of the fictional boxers in the Rocky series.

Im just waiting for Hottoys to go back to the Rocky license. I have none of the previous figures so far.
If you count all the other Tysons, this wont be the second one. However, this is with two new headsculpts to show his early days which aint bad, but I prefer the one with the black shorts. Just how I remember him.

I guess they have too many sculpts lying around and want to use it to its most potential, showing Tyson through all his phases in his career. Theres bound to be someone who wants them all. If they like it, buy it. If not, just one tyson is enough.

What's the deal with Hot Toys going back to Rocky? This has been talked about for years and nothing has ever been mentioned by HT, I do remember Enterbay saying that they were going to do a line of Rocky 1/4 figures but it never happened.

I have the Rocky Hot Toys but compared to what's done now there very dated.
