I've got Scorpion on the way, I think I will pick Sub-Zero up as well eventually. Not sure how far down the same ninja mold just a recolour I want to go though. So I'm wondering if modding them both a bit might help with this. Can't wait to see what next character Storm Collectibles announces for the 1/6 scale

Got a shipping notification from Bluefin just now. Only things I have on order from are the exclusive Scorpion and Sub-Zero. Not sure which one shipped but I’d guess Scorpion since he was preordered first. Should be here Thursday.

Since they are the US distributor, I wonder if that means other US sellers will get their stock soon. Hope so.

I ordered from them, but no notification yet. Both ninjas should come close together though. I’d wager Scorpion arrives first.

I've loved posing Scorpion it's a great figure and even got some extra flame effects to pose around the base (Need to take some photos). Currently debating whether to pick up Sub-Zero or not and grab some extra ice effects for him too. Part of me wants to customize them a bit to make them a bit more unique. Maybe even a Sub-Zero head without the mask.

Yes. At the time the figures didn’t include stands in their original description so I’m curious to see if they come with two stands like the weapons or if they just include the colored stand.

To my surprise, not only did Scorpion arrive but so did Sub-Zero. I only got the one tracking number but they were shipped separately (they were ordered separately). You do get both a bloody and non-bloody set of weapons but only the one stand. Considering only these exclusive editions were solicited with a stand it makes sense the unsolicited clear stand wasn’t included as well. First impressions they’re fantastic. Feel in line with HT figures. Haven’t placed them with any other figures yet but they don’t feel undersized on their own. Very pleased with them. Hope Noob isn’t the end of the line.

I’m actually surprised they only include the colored stands. Admittedly, I prefer clear stands over tinted ones, but I’ll probably forgo the stands entirely for my poses. I just wanted the extra bloodied weapons.

Same, the stands weren’t the big draw for me but the extra weapons. The clear stands are being sold separately for like $10 so if I could only get one stand, I’m glad it was the colored ones.

I just saw someone do one. I think it looks much better.
Storm Collectibles MK 11 Sub-Zero & Scorpion

Picture 15 shows off the Phicen swap. I was told "The belt is tied in the back and will be the hardest part to remove and put back on. The head and feet mate with the Phicen perfectly BUT the hands will not. The stock wrist pegs are huge so the holes in the hands are bigger than the Phicen metal wrist peg. You can use the Phicen hands or use sticky tack to attach the stock hands."

Not that it matters much because these are still available with other retailers but Subzero is already waitlisted on Sideshow. I'm glad I didn't wait and pulled the trigger on him over the weekend.

On a side note, subzero is even priced a little higher than Scorpion on ebay. I wonder why ? More popular? Smaller edition perhaps?
