decision is........ps3 = blu ray disc but no one to play with or 360 = lame game disc(play anime via dashboard)

both can be played on your hdtv & both with be of equal resolution, just depends on your preference, the blu ray disc will be stored with the game packaging same as 360

While Blu-Ray would be the preferred viewing for the Anime, I think being able to go online and play with friends would trump it.

I agree with you. Blu-ray is the way to go. Also, for those of us not buying a specialty controller for this game, the D-pad on the DualShock 3 is much better than the Xbox controller for fighting games.

I suppose it depends on your reasoning for buying the game

I'll be buying the joystick but from another country so it's cheaper via exchange rates as accessories are universal

I'll be buying it for my 360. While i'd normally be all over the anime being on Blu, to me, the gameplay with my buddies is more important.

Plus, they might release it on Blu separately someday, never know.
