"ton of new costumes" ????

Isn't it just ONE outfit for each character but different color schemes?

Yeah don't judge me I just took what Kotaku.com wrote. Well, sort of. But you're right, it's not really a "ton" of new costumes.

Yeah its one outfit each, except for Sakura her 10th color of the alt doesn't sport the GI top so its just a gym outfit. So she technically has 3 outfits.

Is anyone getting these costume packs? I really wanted to stay away from them, but the urge is too great. My main, C.Viper, needs to look stylish!

Just wait until you try unlocking Seth. That's playing through Arcade mode a total 24 times! Enjoy!

Yeah playing through as Blanka, Dan, and El Fuerte was torture.

me too...really just gouken, but since you already have to unlock the other dudes you might as well finish the entire cast.

Stupid strat guide is wrong. It says to unlock Seth you must beat the game with all 16 core characters. WRONG! All I want to do is unlock Akuma.

Set the game to one round matches. Play until you get Gouki. Play through once with Gouki to unlock his ending featuring Gouken. Play through again with anyone, get one perfect, three ultra finishers and don't lose a match. That worked for me the first time. I had no problem unlocking anyone.

and I wasnt allowed to fight Gouken. I wanted to fighter him on hardest so that I could unlock the shadoloo shirt for home.

Worst for me was Dalsi------- hate how slow he moves. Fuerte was ok playing as for me, but I hate going against the little cracked out rat.

Love it, it's a nod to her shadaloo costume.

speaking of new costumes, does anyone know if Capcom is going to release more down the line? if they're going to be charging for these first sets, it seems natural that they'd try and milk us by providing new ones in a few months.

It's two light punches, away, light kick, heavy punch. What you are trying to do is his super combo.
