Well, I never did really... My wife wanted a dog and I knew we didn't have the time in our busy schedules for one, so I suggested a cat... Turns out I really love the little bastard... bloody scratches on my arm and all.

The only good thing I can say about cats (well, two things, really): 1) As a photographer, I find that kittens are extremely photogenic (maybe that's why I like the "I has a sad" image). 2) I haven't killed my wife's cat... yet. But the day's not over, is it?
I like cats because they don't live on my street. When I lived in our previous house, I despised the little bastards. Always scratching my car's hood, harassing my dogs by taunting them through the windows, "spraying" our yard whenever they got the chance, bringing fleas with them, etc.
The only good thing they did was keeping mice away. That's what happens when your idiot neighbors just feed all the strays, and never get any of them spayed or neutered.

When my kitty Mandy drank antifreeze and croaked when I was 7 years old I switched to dogs and never went back. I own two dogs now.
...BUT...I do have a soft spot for Bliss' kitty. In his defense she calls him a "puppy cat" as he has many dog-like traits (like..drooling..haha).

i like to watch my bull terrier try to play with the stray cats in front of the house. She is only 6 months old and doofy, but soon enough there will be a war on my lawn. Although my dog just wants to play with them, its only a matter of time b4 her prey drive kicks in on those strays.
