What causes you to get sick just for a short period of time and then it passes?

I was feeling pretty good then all of the sudden I got nausea and felt woozy. I laid down for a couple of hours and felt much better. I am on anti-biotic for my tooth for a couple more days, but penicillin usally doesn't bother me.

Anti biotics make me have a really sick stomach, so much I can't hold food down. I was given them once for dental work, and will never take them again. I use colloidal silver and vitamin E to deal with bacteria.
I felt nausea on anti-biotics even without food.

I learned after that last incident that when taking a powerful anti-biotic, to take probotics too. And eat organic yogurt.

2 weeks ago my niece's car got stolen. Fortunately it was found 2 days ago minus some coins, brand new tires and other misc stuff. Well when we looked in the trunk we found a woman's passport, Mexican drivers license, rent lease, and some other stuff. Now I dont know if someone was setting her up since it seemed too easy or if she really is a stupid thief. We already send the information to the police. Now if she turns out to be the thief should I send her info to the dumbest criminals list? Even if she isn't the thief I know she's connected in someway and knows the thief.
