I have to agree, most of the other zombies are very passive looking.
Dragging their limbs and such but none look so animated or is it angry?

Its anger. He is supposed to represent a "turning" where he is angry and scared about being bit and then transforming.

I agree. I cannot wait to get him in the collection. How can ya not like how this guys looks?

Dunno, but just don't dig him. Hard to say exactly why, but he just doesn't work for me; most likely a combo of sculpt, expression and losing interest in having a complete zombie line-up.

Understandable. Loved it since I saw it upclose at SDCC. The way they pulled it all off it looks really good. With how I've cut back this is the ONLY line I'm getting every figure of.

I agree that compared to the others in the line he looks too aggressive, but maybe with the beard pulled up onto the face it would help? I still think he looks good though and I like the horror take on Santa. I got the Mcfarlane twisted Christmas Santa and Frosty last year as my additions to the decorations, so he is a must for me.

Thats part of what I like is that he looks aggressive. I mean he's a zombie and they all can't be just numb looking. PZ has a bit more aggressive look compared to some of the others.

Personally I wanted more damage. More than just the bite on the arm which seems to be the norm for many of them....I still like the way this guy looks but imagine how he would have looked if the entire back of his head were missing with brains gushing out onto his suit or his neck ripped out with blood freeflowing from this mouth which would have made the aggressive look also look as if he were just newly attacked.

Those are the zombies I want. That being said bring him on.

maybe we are just too used to blank faced zombies? this guy looks like he's seen his next meal and is screaming with blood lust
Here comes Santa Claus.................

Thats another thing I like about him. He's seen his next meal and its on the menu. This guy and The Prophet are really awesome additions to this line. They already towards the top of my list.

Mike- I'd like to see a few more zombies like the Swat and Babysitter that have some pretty nasty injuries as well.

It is obvious they are listening to our zombie demands or else we wouldn't have this figure. So if we are all demanding more damaged zombies, I'm sure Sideshow would be happy to comply.

What about a half of a zombie? You know, a zombie missing his legs. Maybe it could even cut the cost of the figure down $10 or $20.

I think he looks alright. His beard is probably pulled down so we can see his face more clearly so we can decide on our purchase. Looks like he doesn't have any wrist articulation either. Will this be the norm for Sideshow zombies? I can't see why they are doing that.

Yeah, that'd be cool but I do prefer my zombies to be whole. What I'd like to see is them come with more body parts to chew on. The Prophet is the only other to come with a human limb besides PZ.

I joked with a couple of the SS folks they should do more of these and we could make our corpse. :lol

I am just getting into this line, and so far I have the Spokesman, the blonde babysitter and the containment operator, and I would love to see some zombies with half of their head missing, or chunks of torso gone. Also, I would like to see a zombie bride and groom, do you think SS would ever make those?

The thing is this guy needs a victim and from the blood around his mouth and on his "beard", the victim needs a serious bitemark...hopefully not in the arm.

Ah Josh....the unifying factor amongst us will always be Zombies. :lol

If I were in charge of this line (are you listening SSC?) we would have had some real serious Zombies, like ones that were multiply attacked with bites in serious places. I'd love to get a full Zombie that has the ability to break in the middle or in two pieces that has its legs split maybe with some tiretreads across the back on both sides as if he/she were run over by a truck and that caused the split. The torso though would be semiarticulated raised upwards so it looked as if the Zombie was still crawling to you.

I would have come to the table with :

Zombie Teacher, Zombie Cheerleader, Zombie "Slacker" student to keep with Shay the Babysitter vibe as if the Zombie attack originally occurred at the school and that is how the Zombie knew when and where Shay would be.

Zombie Salvation Army styled work with bucket full of random "snacks" and bell. Zombie "Reindeer" Disney styled stuffed mascot with huge damages and holes in him to go will ol' Mall Santa.

Zombie Nurse, nuff said.

Zombie Girl Scout using the Hobbit Body that has severe head damage and little red wagon with pieces of a body and boxes of cookies.

Zombie Hazmat Containment Zombie since we saw Shay infect him.

...I'd better stop here....maybe its good I'm not in charge of this line.
