I think thats part of the thing though. The beard is supposed to look like some dorky Department Store Santa.

I've never seen a department store or mall Santa with a beard that looked that bad. It reminds me of those fabric beards on cartoon Santa decorations.

I don't know I've seen a couple that where pretty bad. Its playing off the whole thing though making fun. A gag type thing. Plus it looks exactly like the proto.

I honestly expected a variant of this instead of the 4th and 3rd of the other two. A green suit, or an African America Santa would have been hilarious. I wonder if this is one of the few of these guys that will escape the variant trend?

I've been buying all the Dead, but I'm not that big a zombie fan. Many of them I haven't even opened. But I just got this guy today and had to take a look.

The sculpt is easily the best zombie sculpt yet. Very little deformity, but the expression is so extreme and the paint so perfect that it approaches art in it's ugliness. The suit is disgusting - I recoiled taking it out of the box I was afraid it was going to be gritty and oily. Perfect for a zombie.

The beard is a tad disappointing, but the outfit and sculpt are so good that it more than makes up the difference. He's definitely my favorite Dead so far and has kind of renewed (or sparked for the first time) my interest in this line.

i think the beard issue could be fixed rather easily and cheaply with a trip to a craft store or by pulling out some of your christmas decorations you already have. but i'll wait and see when he arrives.

I just finished watching the original "Dawn of the Dead" now(first time watching it).

It made me more excited to get my Santa soon!

This Zombie Santa is a great looking figure. I can't wait until I get the Street Prophet. That should be even cooler.

Actually I think the material I used to make my Monkian figure would work well... just a faux fur, but it hangs in a fairly realistic manner and with a bit of paint to stiffen and gross it up I think it'd look really good.

I got my Mall Santa yesterday and he is awesome, looks just as good as Zoom's pics if not better. Easily the best of the Dead line in terms of headsculpt and the Santa costume is very well done and dirty. The Vodka bottle, hat & beard and sack of toys are great accessories too. This figure !
