Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately, we will not have the answer to that question until it is too late. It is very infrequent that a manufacturer will tell us ahead of time that they are not going to send us the QTY's they originally promised us.
The norm is:
1) we get a shipment of XX amount of pieces, which is YY% of our shipment… packing slips/invoicing in the order states that the remaining QTY's will be delivered in ZZ number of weeks…
2) ZZ number of weeks passes and we contact manufacturer about our next shipment… the manufacturer tells us that it will be another ZZ number of weeks (see # 3 below), or that they cannot send us any more units because they over allocated the item, quality control found a large batch with defects or damage, they decided to give our remaining stock to WalMart, etc….
3) after an additional ZZ number of weeks passes… see #2 above….
Sorry that we cannot offer something more concrete, or with a rosier outlook. Manufacturers have the discretion to make changes to, or cancel any order for any retailer at any time.
If you are able to get a piece at a price you feel to be fair, we would certainly understand if you would want to cancel your EE order. The ultimate goal is to add to your collection. We would prefer that we be able to fill this need, but we realize that circumstances (as well as whimsical manufacturers) might not allow for us to be the best option all the time. But, as long as you are able to get what you need, that is what matters.
Please feel free to contact us at any time with any issues as they arise. Thank you for your interest in Entertainment Earth.
i dont know if this email is good or bad. It sounds like they will get at least some and it just depends on who ordered first. the email i got from urban was basically the same:"we will prob get some, everyone else is screwed."
Hi Elliot,
We were unfortunately just informed today that Gentle
Giant had cancelled all of our orders for the Sucker
Punch statue. We're sending you a refund through PayPal
now. I'm so sorry we weren't able to get this statue in
for you!
Thanks for your
understanding,
Erin

Jeremy, did they contact you first or did the charge just show up on your card?
After seeing your post I logged onto my banking website to see if I got ninja billed for mine...no luck.
Did you order late or right away last year?
They sent me an email first, telling me that I would be one of the few to get A Baby Doll statue. Then I was sent another email from Paypal, requesting payment. In my first email, they said I was one of the first to order Baby Doll from them.
I hope it works out for you. Keep your fingers crossed.
Btw, riky, I get my cases from casesforcollectibles.com. Their products and customer service are top notch. Plus they package their cases very well. A case for Baby Doll shouldn't cost too much. I'm thinking of getting one big one to fit all five girls inside.
