I'd say it's April Fools, but even at the end they didn't say anything about it being a joke. And the doctor is legit.

Man, I want that disorder. But it seems too good to be true. No heart swelling, and she implied he wouldn't have a steroid freak look either. If it is real I wonder if the people who have it suffer when they get older like Andre the Giant?

Yea, normally people with those types of disorders, like overactive pituitary gland, growth hormones etc, have MASSIVE complications and die VERY young. At least the little kid is healthy and happy.
 
I have a feeling this kid will be the biggest meat head when he gets older.
 
I'm pretty sceptical. He really didn't do anything different then any other healthy kid his age. He was in a gym why didn't they show the iron cross. He struggled a bit on the pull up also.

I agree. I really didn't see anything overly impressive either. He just seemed like your average kid at the playground.
