Got mine fast. Like 5 days. I didn't even pick the Express option.
The only thing I don't like is the Heads are painted a bit darker than the neck. Looks like he was tanning with a turtleneck on. Outside of that. This Figure is Amazing!

I ordered this the first day it went up for preorder and mine didn't ship with the first batch.

I'm not exactly thrilled with my first buying experience with KGHobby.

It's all a bit "arse about face" from KGHobby...they should have fulfilled all the back log of pre-orders first...before selling it to newer customers.

Wow, that really stinks. I feel bad for you guys that legitimately pre-ordered and have to wait, and some even had their orders cancelled!

That said, sorry if it's just salt in the wound, but the figure really is great! I had a couple of minutes more last night to put the bar bell together and pose him lifting it. It really takes me back to when I was a kid! And those elbow joints are really tight!

My shipment hit Chicago yesterday and is due here Thursday, hopefully it will show up sooner. I don't think I've every had an order ship from Hong Kong to US that fast, standard shipping.

I am very glad to see those great photos of the figure, looks superb indeed, thanks for sharing.

About KG Hobby...my first and LAST order from them, next time will order from an stateside dealer/seller...they say they are sending the "first figures" to those who order early/first in line....well I see here some of those buyers that where left hanging for the "next" shippment "sometime at the end of September....they got me once...but not again.

If anyone know of any seller who have one of these for sale, let me know....I prefer to loose the deposit than to deal with this company and get more excuses and probable delays in the delivery of this figure from them.

Why give the 20% payment option and screw over customers? KGHobby needs to be smacked in the head

Never had any issues with KG Hobby myself. Received every figure in good time.

It isn't that they don't deliver. It's that some ordered last year and their orders did not ship. While other ordered in the last month and those have shipped. I ordered within the last month and paid in full and did not have it shipped. I wasn't expecting it to ship. Those who ordered before me should have theirs fulfilled first.

I'm one of those guys who ordered a week ago and received it today, but totally understand the frustration of buyers who put down a deposit a year ago and still have not received a notice. It should be a first order, first receive basis. But, regardless of the KG issues, Supermadtoys has outdone themselves with this figure. It will be well worth the wait for those who did not get the first batch. My one complaint is that I would have loved an extra set of street clothes to have been included with the figure.

I understand that frustration, clearly a mistake on their part and no system is infallible. Was just speaking of my overall experience with them based on a dozen or so orders.

I agree that KGH should have filled the 20% down folks first, but with that being said my first purchase from them won't be my last. I too ordered with 20% down in September of last year, got my notice to complete my order at the end of August. I did not have the funds available so I had to wait a few days, emailed them as the site now listed as wish list only. KGH responded overnight with try it now but I missed that window as well, another email from me and another try now response and Steve was paid in full. I selected standard shipping and got a tracking number with a Sept 13 delivery date, checked it tonight and the package is in Louisville Ky and should be in hand by Monday or Tuesday. Truly the fastest delivery on anything I've ordered from Hong Kong ever!

I feel bad for those people that ordered last year and still don’t have their figure but personally I’ve had good experiences from kghobby. While the packaging wasn’t great (there was a dent in the Boba Fett outer box that luckily didn’t go any further than that), the shipping was exceptional and I got my first two figures delivered from them in under a week. Good prices and communications too.

I completely understand that you where stating your overall positive experience with KGHobby. I was just trying to point out that the complaints were specific to who got a shipped item and who did not.:duff

With you on that completely! First come first served! Surely a computer glitch?

I’m sure that every order will be honored. Ive been on a similar end in the past. Spiderman (Homecoming) for one. Everything comes good in the end.
In mean time. I’ve added a new base to the bionic dude.

every time I see pictures make me madder at KG lol, but they said that they'll have stocks this week so fingers crossed

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
See, that makes me happy.

There's hope that mine will ship this week.:clap:clap

I am just hoping that this figure was not sold more of what was produced, and now they are trying to fix it...or....just cancel orders and fulfill others...I will wait until the end of this month...if my figure do not come....well, KG will have one less customer...wich I really know they dont care the way they are dealing with this.

By the way...SUPERMAD posted in their Facebook page that ALL figures have been finished and now sent/ on the way to sellers/dealers...and made very clear...that they are not responsible for preorders or selling of this and other offerings. They show a pallet full of shipping boxes of the figure...will see in a couple of days how this turn out now...and how many...and hope thats zero....are left hanging and waiting.

That's what has had me confused. Seems Supermad has made a total of 300 figures, yet a few etailers had him up for pre-order. Did each place get 10 figures each to put up? Sounds like KG got 150 pieces and are waiting on the second 150. Is KG the distributor to Supermad?
