Anybody have a good pattern for Supes’ cape?
I’ve searched these forums and couldn’t find anything.
I only have a small piece of fabric and don’t want to screw it up.
Thanks in advance,
D

There isn't one, and if you did find one it could be for several of the different capes used in the film, for different scenes.
My best pointers for you are to explore the image files on https://www.capedwonder.com/newwebsite/pages/index2.html

You'll find as much research there as you may need for a design of your own, but beware, if your going for complete accuracy, it looks deceptive simple but aint.
If you need some images Pvt message me your e-mail and I'll send you what I've found useful with some notes.
I currently have a further version to try after 4 attempts to get this right, If I pull it off I will upload the pattern I've designed.

I'm also working on the entire costume from scratch including leather boots. The shorts are difficult to get right too.

Make a semicircle about 14 inches in diameter but instead of sewing a hem use fray check. Follow these directions for the general idea:

Follow these directions to put a neck hole for the cape if needed:

And if you want to pose the cape, make a quadrilateral out of the material, add the emblem and then add wire to it by using the ideas here:
