I’m just bummed out that it’s not a musical.
But it's got a Super Dog!!!

I'm more curious about how many DCU box office bombs will it require before WB pulls the plug on Gunn entirely like they did with Snyder.

I'm guessing many, many more than previously. In fact, I kind of find it hard to believe WB will ever seperate Gunn from the DC brand.

I think they will just say to Hell with it at some point and just halt live action DC productions entirely before they'd ever can him.

I do not see another reboot of the DC brand for live action happening after this for many years to come.

I’m just wondering how long till people realise Gunn is a twisted pos and part of the hollyweird **** cult

I mean how quickly and easily do people forget why he was fired from Disney in the first place (which is hilarious because Walt Disney himself was a well documented *********)

WB tried the dark and brooding approach and that didn't work out so now they're going to go in the complete opposite direction.

It would have worked fine if they had given superman his own trilogy before shoe horning him into an ill conceived and incomplete justice league trilogy

MOS was a perfectly decent starting point

I feel like a figure of this Superman is gonna look goofy as hell. But then I'm not digging the the costume in the first place so my bias is showing with this comment lol.

Even if the CGI all the wrinkles out, I'm just not feeling it.

Why would you make a costume that needs such heavy CGI to look passable? That’s completely shooting yourself in the foot from both a budget and believability POV - no matter how good the CGI, it will look like CGI.

The Snyder superman costume already proved it can look amazing pre-CGI so this feels like a massive step backward in the design department

That’s all fine and good, but why give him a goofy unflattering baggy pajama costume?

One can be hopeful and fun while simultaneously still looking bad *** they are not mutually exclusive.

While I wasn't fond of MOS, yes. Every course correction they took after it was the wrong move ultimately.

I'm not so sure. There is a significant amount of people that genuinely do not like ANYTHING Snyder creates. Literally nothing at all.

I'm the opposite tho aside from Rebel Moon. That was a fail imo.
It's hard to put a number on it. I would agree some people genuinely do not like anything Snyder creates and they are very loud about it.

I think if ZSJL actually came out in 2017 (obviously cut down somewhat) it would have clicked with most.
