Wouldn’t he be the one is upset bout that? 😂. I mean I’m all for them working together. I said Snyder is good at visuals but sucks at story telling. Gunn can bring in emotion and good stories. Together they can work magic .

lol I don’t dislike Snyder I just think his dc movies sucked but had good things in them

calm down brother

It’s really not fair what happened to Snyder’s entire DCEU vision I really wish I got to experience his DC narrative fully uninterrupted.

But such are the ways of things.

Just because Rebels wasn’t good does it mean that he still can’t direct a DC movie again and do it well.

With that being said I agree that he is much stronger visually than he is narratively and maybe that is the better option right now for him.

Besides I don’t even think he’s going to do something with Gunn I think that was just Warner Brothers marketing trying to bring together all of the fans for profit reasons for their upcoming movie.

But if he does end up doing something with Gunn that’s great because I do think that Andy Muschietti is out, thank god.

IT sucked.

Flash sucked.

Muschietti sucked.

Gunn seems to rate his storytelling.

It part 2 was the one that sucked. But I wouldn’t mind Snyder coming back. Just don’t give him the keys to an entire universe. He can’t handle it. Like Lucas he needs someone to rein him in. He’s not a genius. I don’t care what any of his fans say. Calling him a genius is like calling kanye a genius. They did nothing to get that title. But he’s not bad either

snyder is an amazing, incredible director that needs a strong firm script.
look at 300. he has to stay very close to the comic and that's why it worked so well.

it's like paul ws Anderson, director of mortal Kombat and resident evil. he's also a great visual director but not a great writer. mortal Kombat 1 worked so well because it stayed closer to the game.

Rate? From like 1-10? What you mean?

I agree. All of his best work (MoS, BvS, ZSJL, Watchmen) was written by other people.

I just have not liked his recent original projects..... just can't enjoy them. they aren't great,
and even dawn of the dead was both a remake and had a different writer ( which I loved) he just needs a strong script by someone else.

dawn of the dead is one of the best remakes there is. for what it accomplished. it made the zombies scary and fast. ( I know 28 days later had them) but dawn of the dead was really intense

Yeah, I like DOTD.
Army of the Dead did nothing for me. The directors cuts of Rebel Moon were decent, not great.
