Sylar Custom, Need Help!

I need help to do my custom Sylar from Heroes. Im in need of guidance on clothing and what head sculpt to use. I don't care what season but prefrable season 3! Sylar looked something like this:

I had thought of that, but im not that good at customing yet.

The new Star Trek Spock head is also pretty small and would probably look undersized on most bodies, especially since Zach Quinto has a great big robust head.

For hands, I would look at Sideshow. They have a lot of different hand sculpts and most figures come with at least two sets of hands so they are easy to find loose. For the coat, Sideshow Angel from Angel: The Series came with one very much like it.
