got mine today, great figure, except i didnt get a great figure, i got a black chip on my nose and a body that literly looked like it was put together by a 5 year old, where everything was un even and jutting, and the joints were so loose that the hook arms would just clockwise turn when trying to position them right, so i got to send him back, huge dissapointment

Got mine yesterday. Pretty kewl figure with some awesome useful accessories.

But the belt buckle was a pos that just broke in several places when I tried to remove the belt to put the clipcase in the proper place and to get rid of the comically oversized handcuff case. So guess I'll send SS a email to get a better belt.

Can anyone tell me if/how they got the belt off, I did it by taking off his pants for futzing but I was wondering if there's another way, I'd rather ask then try and damage it in the process.

Yes, but be VERY careful. First of all I'd like to point out the belt parts are arranged incorrectly, or were with mine. For screen accuracy it goes like this thanks to Wor-Gar:

Looking at fig from Front.

Left hip - ammo pouch, Right Hip - holster (the fig's left side)

Looking at fig from behind: left -cuff bag. center - flashlight holder. right - radio.

Now, you can remove the belt to rearrange these parts but be very careful because the buckle on mine just blew up into pieces, and I had to rebuild it from scratch, the buckle holder, buckle and most annoying the little teeth that go into the belt holes, so just do it carefully, the good news is you can reassemble the belt.

Also you'll find the belt is very tight over the pant clasp and has a tendency to slide below the waistline. I just have the triangular buckle piece just off center from the pant snap and it displays fine.

Thanks pjam, I knew I could count a fellow SSF poster to come through for me. This is a great figure, I don't know about others, but I found the my white t-shirt doesn't show much, so rather than deal with the collar, I just took it out, let's him put his arms down to his sides better that way anyhow, this figure would have been better off with a sleeveless shirt, his button up is a little too tight for the sleevs to go into. LOVE the sculpt, Andy B never ceases to amaze me with his work.

Ok gang, here's is my post-futzed T 1000. Granted I am a novice at this, at best, certainly no Wor-Gar, but I wanted to point out the T-shirt is salvageable...

Here's what I did: Remove police shirt, tape down T-shirt front and back tight then pinch neck collar in back, tape it down tight, replace police shirt and voila, works fine!

This is what I did with the T shirt. Looks great now...

He doesn't come with cuffs and they were never mentioned in the accessory product description, I don't believe clips were either... it just said belt with utility pouches...

Ok, I'm fine with that but it seemed odd to have the pouches and they're empty and in the prototype images there are cuffs and clips, I may borrow the clips from T-800 and Fox Mulder just to complete the look a little more.

You're right! Wor-Gar emailed me that proto pic which showed cuffs inside the pouch, looks like they boned us on that, would have been cool but with all this extra stuff (13 bullet hits, metal finger, hook arms, etc) I found it easy to overlook.

I'm telling you guys, this T 1000 just seems to look better every day, very cool fig...

Indeed, like I said, I'm fine with, just with small things like that, want to make sure I shouldn't be double checking the box or my room for them. Speaking of the bullet hits, general question, is it just me, or will the hits only go to the middle of his chest with the magenet in there and not using the backings? Mine all want to go in the middle of his pecs.

Well, I feel like I'm late to the party again, the Terminator threads start getting quiet just as I get mine and can make contributions, oh well, here are a few quick shots, took a bit more futzing to get him just how I want him, but now I've got that nice, skinny Robert Patrick look and a nice collar look after a lil touch of water to smooth out some bend it had from the box. I love this figure and T-800, never a bad day when you get a great, realistic looking replica from your favorite movies :)

Awesome mf, love the skin tones and overall rich full accurate color in those shots...

Can't wait to see more! Please you are not late to the party, consider our shots (well, mine anyway) as ref pics until the talented pros like you take over, as you should...

Great pix everyone. I really need to stay out of these threads from now on. The more pix I see the more I want to pick both of these figures up!

I must say that the Terminator figures are two of the best figures from Sideshow in quite some time. I get spoiled with Hot Toys and there's usually something buggy with the Star Wars figures but the Terminators are top notch. Of course, they're both from Andy. The factory paints (with the exception of crossed-eyes Arnie) exceeded my expectations, and after those dreadful production images of the T-1000 my expectations were considerably lowered only to be pleasantly surprised when I got the figure in hand. I am having a ball with the T-1000. I can't stop changing the bullet hits and arms. He's definitely one of the most poseable figures to play around with and he is wickedly damn cool!
