T-800 Bust and rechargeable batteries?

I got tired of buying new batteries for my T-800 Endoskull bust so I bought some rechargeable batteries and put them in – no joy...

I put them in other devices and they work, I put them back in the bust, no lights....

Has anyone else seen this? I researched it online and it seems that there are some devices that don’t work properly with rechargeables – wondering if anyone else here has run into the same problem.

How often do you turn it on that your always buying batteries?

Well I wouldn't say I'm 'always' buying them, but I figured in the long run it would be better to go the rechargeable route.

I do flip on quite often I'm watching TV....

After you put the rechargeable batteries in and they didnt work did you put the regular ones back in ?

Yes - they worked just fine...
