See below the Rocky ring... that's the gantry where the T-1000 met his end. Yellow strips. Hanging chain.

Could HT really do that wacky exploded T-1000?

Or a BD version of T-800 at last?

Yes, but I'm fairly confident HT is not releasing an actual boxing ring for Rocky. Nor, do I imagine, would they release for sale a huge ass "T2 Gantry." If these are, indeed, for 1/6th scale figure displays, then they are probably just mock-ups for the show and would not likely be 100% accurate. Having said that, this could be from a scene from Cobra for all I know.
