Ugh, stupid _______! Let me just say you all know I love my drink as much as anyone but to get behind the wheel and drive is something I would NEVER do!
I was coming back from my nephews ball game and I saw a red Mazda 3 on the highway swerving. My initial thought was some idiot texting. So I tried to get around them but traffic wouldn't allow it. So I ducked in behind the car and watched them swerve for about a mile. Then they actually hit the wall on the highway. That's when I called 911 and they patched me into the state police. I get them updated with where I was headed and all that. Speed, streets, plates, ect. This went on for about 35 to 40 minutes. Then we got up in the mountains. The care started swerving into oncoming traffic and all of that. Lots of close calls. Still no police. Finally the car turned on a dirt road and I lost signal. At that point I decided to call the pursuit quits because not having contact with the police and not having one of my guns made me uncomfortable. Plus they were off the main roads at this point anyways. So I went home.
I called the States because they never tried to call me back after losing signal. Go figure right. I let the guy know I made it home safe. His reply? "Thanks for calling. If we need you we have your information and will contact you."
Anyways just thought I would share. This was my second drunk driving pursuit. My first was with my ex-wife. We saw someone hit an old lady and actually forced him to pull over on Thanksgiving day one year.
My uncle died in a drunk driving accident so I take it personally when I see something like this. He was the driver and hit a lady with a baby. Luckily they were ok and he was the one to lose his life. I miss my uncle but can't forgive him for that.
Anyways just thought I would share my night. So if you were in the red Mazda 3 I say hello douche! That was me on your ass! I hope they go to your home and arrest you!
