Unfortunately he doesn't offer them, to the best of my knowledge, even though I would sell pretty much my entire collection for his Die Hard 2 McClane.

Pretty certain it is not for sale, I don't think Feng's figures are ever sold as a whole.

Xenoviper would be your best bet in trying to acquire the head.
