those look like the re-release of the Takara Batman Begins figure. still no pics of the dark knight figures yet...
I sold my HT Bats to get this one too. The HT cape and head sculpt were the two things I didn't like about the figure.

Yeah, that's the Batman begins outfit allright. So the TDK figure is the re-release, cool for me as I only wanted the begins outfit

I think you did. The more I looked at the Takara the more I liked the sculpt and cape better than the HT. Guess you got the Tak bug too huh?

Its a good figure, but I still think it can be a lot better, that big rubber suit really limits its pose ability. The joints are strong enough to withstand the pressure of the suit when bent, maybe they will fix that this time?
Either way I really hope what HT does for the dark knight will be better than their previous attempt, especially since in 2007 they really did a great job improving their figures. (assuming they get the license)

That I did! The Tak headsculpt looks soooo good! I like the slimmer, non-bloated look better as well.
I'll have to tell the HT Bats that he's not a bad toy, even though he's being sent to home after home like a bad foster child!

i love my tak bats. but i have a xenoviper bale head im replacing my HT bat head with. should look really cool! his outfit was totally bulky in begins. the begins taks looks more like the panther look he has in DK

No it's a new figure Fagman! I love this photo, it's just such a tribute to Takara's photographer being used to posing female figures... Possibly one of the worst product advertising picture ever! I can't believe they used it. That and the Catwalk Batman image!

It looks like its made by DC Direct, they made a 13" Batman Begins back in the day, not as good as the other ones we've seen. (Takara, HT, Medicom)

It will be a 13" but for some reason, I think they'll put more work into the figure this time!

DCD is also doing a 13" Joker - no pics but there was a placeholder for it at UK toyfair.
