What are the overall dimensions of the dio and how did you generate your arch curve? There doesn't seem to be a blueprint for it and most of the pics I've seen are somewhat distorted due to the lens.

I'm flat out on my custom Taun but will be back on Jabba in a month.

These are the dimensions of the arch, add about 7-8 cm on each side. Then add about 7-8 cm for the side walls. I drew the curve on mdf by hand looking at some pics of the Jabba set (behind the scenes pics) and guessing the space between the arch ceiling and Jabba's head. Then I took fiberboard and screwed it on the mdf arch so it curves to the outside at the top. I did this 2 times for the front side and the back. Then I curved a piece of fiberboard inside the mdf arc and drew the lines to saw. Filled in the gaps with mdf filler and plasterd the thing. White paint and weathering...done! Hope this makes sense, I'll try to post some pics....
 
O.K jedi dio master 4 sure. ha ha You have earned that title i need 2 see your whole display again so much greatness from emp throne room to bespin scene to jabbas stairway n throne so many to mention all the great dio's. You take these 1/6 figures to whole nutha level of bad ***.:clap:rock

Well I guess this project is done and it's been a ride. Thanks again for all the positive feedback along the way....already thinking about the next one.
