That definitely has a lot to do with it but I think more-so than anything the reason that a lot of the Stallone head sculpts look so off in photos is simply a matter of lighting and lens used. That's just my personal 2 cents on the matter though.
I'm torn on whether I want to add this piece to my personal collection or sell off the one I have in stock since that's the responsible thing to do. Hmph.
