do u own this figure bandito? are all those pics u post pics of your own. cuz i agree with Darth_Fatso about wanting to see how the black widow costume fits on this figure. i think this figure has a better shape and u won't be able to tell the joints on the figure. and also the breast aren't to big and low. any chance u can take a pic of this body with the black widow costume bandito? i remember reading that u had 3 costumes of bw.

I will have 5 for this bodies... these aren't my pics... but I bought them after evaluating them from the pics.

I have & will have 8 BW costumes but I have no indentions of using it with TBLeague's bodies... Rubber bodies against tight suits in a big no no ( as well as being hell to get it on), suit is too restrictive too... CG bodies with the suit might be more suitable...

From the translations that have been attempted on OSW, the breakage problems seem to be due to buyers not knowing what's inside and bending the limbs the wrong way. Since the joints are ratcheted and probably stiff, it's understandable that you could accidentally force an elbow and snap it. You wouldn't realize the resistance you felt wasn't just the way the joint works until too late.

The company's quick fix for bodies that have been shipped has been to give us a look at what's under the suit and a video demo of how to brace the other parts while feeling out which way to bend the joint. This isn't for a lot of active play, despite all the stills of the damn thing doing the splits.

I'm not going to be making any 1/6 cheerleaders, so posing it with care ought to work fine for me. I think this will make a terrific Lara Croft body. I'll have to adapt the Sideshow head, which has a Hot Toys type ball joint. This body has a conical, Takara-BBI-Triad connection.

Alright! Received mine today. Got the darker one, but she's not as dark as the photo lead me to believe. I was scared to bend the elbows for fear of bending them the wrong way, but finally did it. I really like this body and plan on getting more. Just bought the one to check it out and I was very pleased with it. So just to try her out quickly I decide to try out Slave Leia on her. Unfortunately the gold elastic on her had rotted. But it can be replaced. So I just took a few quick photos till I can replace the elastic. I'm really, really happy with this body and Leia looks just like she does in my fantasies, :drool

Yeah my picture taking suck, but here are a few with and without flash.

How are the joints, are they as tight as the youtube video showed, can you bend or pose the arms not side to side but up raised above the head, I haven't seen any picture of that pose yet :dunno

Yes the joints are tight and she has some weight to her. Feels solid. Yes you can raise the arms above her head, but I don't like the way the rubber twists up when you do. But I have not reason to pose her like that.

Got mine this morning from Chad (smcg customs). Head pops on easy as do the hands and feet. Just like the Cy Girls. Peter has a photo over at MWD Forum with the arms up over her head.

I got a pair from Chad SMcG that arrived yesterday. I think they'll be fine for their intended use.

If you're waiting for an order to arrive, I'd advise you to download some of the pictures of the inner structure and have those handy when you open your figures. The arms have a rotation joint in the upper bicep area, and the sculpt of the skinsuit doesn't necessarily tell you which way the skeleton's elbow is facing. If you're looking at the photo while feeling through the elbow with your thumbs, you'll be able to feel the "shallow" side of the elbow, which will tell you which way to bend it. All the joints are stiff, which normally is something we applaud, but here it's a double-edged sword. It needs a good push, and it's worrying to take that step, because if you misjudged, you'll break it. It also makes a ratcheting sound that's very loud, so even doing it right is a little too exciting for my taste. Anyway, first order of business is to slightly bend those elbows to establish which way they're facing. Once bent, always leave them slightly bent so you never have to search again.

Photos coming, but not for a while yet. Gotta dig out my Sideshow Lara Croft first.

Oh, one more thing. The figure's really good-looking.

Just an FYI, the square mold marks on the wrist can be used to correctly determine if you're trying to bend the elbow in the right direction. Those wrist marks are in line with the elbow hinge and will always be on the inside of the bend. Apologies if this was mentioned before.... Hope this helps!

The above observation is from a post at OSW by a member there, and he's absolutely right. :goodpost:

Seems like everyone lost interest in this, but I'll put up some pix anyway.

First up, an obvious use for this body: Sideshow Lara Croft. Everything is from the Sideshow figure except the TBL body. No repainting. The Sideshow boots make a stand necessary. I've balanced the figure for this photo, but it won't stay up by itself because the ankles are "disabled" by the rigid boots.

Next, the pale version, with bikini by Triad, and a head I've just begun to convert -- Hiroki Hayashi's "Aiko" for ACE Workshop. Neck removed, no repainting yet. Glasses from Hasbro Baroness. Otaku hands. FemBasix feet, which balance better than the Sideshow boots but not as well as flat feet.

Looks Great GOB. "Aiko" looks pissed. This is what these bodies were made for.
