I liked the first film. I thought 2 and 3 were pretty bad.

Been looking for this for ages, remembered seeing it once when I was a kid but had never seen it since. I love YouTube only remembered it as it had all new footage of the Turtles shot for the video

WOW THE MEMORIES!! i absolutely loved this song as a kid! i even brought the cassette tape of the single and played literally hundreds of times!!

That's a real disappointment that the original movies don't have any behind the scenes at all. What's the point of coming out with a set like this if your not gonna put anything in it?

Sucks they didnt put in more (or any) effort with the special feaures but i'm still getting the box-set. Love the first two movies

Damn was kinda hoping that there'd be something more substantial to hold the discs.

I have ordered it, but they really seem to have dropped the ball on it

Nothing...nothing in terms of special features for Movies 1-3. And we KNOW they had them for TMNT 2, see here:

And the box, while I get the idea, the cardboard will be a pain to add to my collection, and does make it seem cheap (although I am sure they weren't cheap to make and I get the whole pizza box idea). With no extras I hope they release these in single disc form too. I just want the first movie at this point. I only have that on VHS. I won't upgrade my DVDs of Part 2 and TMNT.

Not really what i expected from the box-set but looks pretty good. But no way am i paying $75 for that.

the discs should have put individually in the standard blu ray cases like most box sets(dark knight/begins,terminator sc chronicles etc) for storage puposes! seems to me like they went with the cheaper option!?

I remember seeing a making of for the first movie as well when it first came out. I think you can find it on youtube. I found segments of it anyway.

Got mine through yesterday, the transfer on the first movie is pretty good.

But to be honest the whole thing reeks of cheap cash in which is a shame as it really deserves better. Even more annoying was that I also got stung with a £15 import duty charge bringing it into the country.

The signature is printed, the sketch is tiny (no use for framing) the character cards are related to cartoon continuity (ie - they didn't do the research)

Here's a nice hi-res image though (well as high as I can, ArcSoft immediately saves to jpg and with Media Player Classic I get sound only) still makes a nice wallpaper though
