Most of my pre-orders are from 3A right now (damn u Pitu for introducing me)

I got the 8pk, bloodnails, little shadow, deep powder bertie, and the deibos drop cloth.

Well... that is the trick. They don't appear all at once. They drop at random, in small amounts.There were still some lucky people able to score a 3 pack this morning.

there is some method to the maddness as 9am hong kong time is 2am UK time etc so Ash does tend to stagger the release of special packs over a period of hours so when europe people get up and america goes to bed there are still the potential of figures being avaiable for them.

otherwise you will have to be like me and stay up till 3am to score the packs

The 3-pack was announced as a secret pack so that tells you it will not be easy to get. The 8- and 4-pack are the regular releases and they are still up at Bambaland.
