Hey everyone just thought I'd tell all you die hard fans first, I'm selling off my 3A collection (About 50+ figures) and jumping back to Hot Toys TDK and Avengers line (and a few others). My collection has a little bit of everything AK, WWR, Popbot...all in 1/6th scale. I have somethings posted on for sale section but have a lot more not posted. Pics upon request and prices are somewhat neg. Trades will definitely considered. Pm me if interested as I don't think this is the right section for this

how long does it usually take for CS to respond? anyone know?
They are usually fairly quick, but sometimes they are on holiday and such.

What's the issue? Sorry if you mentioned it earlier but I have a terrible time with names and such on this board. I generally remember people by their sig and avatar, but then they change it so often it doesn't matter in the end
But yeah they usually get back within five or so days depending on what you request and when you request it. I think around the time of major drops that is when they will take longest to respond. It took them multiple days to get back to me when I requested the Charkin refund, as they were exiting a vacation and being hit pretty hard with Charkin emails. If they haven't responded after seven days then shoot them another email.

Yeah that Sham issue is really common. When 3A has QC problems they tend to have some of the most unprofessional ones I've seen. Stuff like complete paint chipping and weird tears like that. My guess is that they have been getting bombarded with those Sham emails so it's probably taking them awhile to sort through them.
Last time I heard something about the PSham issues it was they can send a new suit but without the feet, the feet are glued to the suit so it's going to be complicate to redo that or you can send it back and let them do it.

They better seriously not force us to buy the whole runs that's absolutely ridiculous. It's especially annoying because I specifically just want the Interyo and the hornet with a beard. I'd be willing to help split, but I doubt it would work out since I'm sure everyone wants the Interyo lol.

The alternative, if we could get maybe 4 people involved, would be to split the 3 set 4 ways.
That's $191.25 each.
We then would each get a member from YO, YH and IYO
My preference would be #1 from each set.
