As opposed to many of you here, I'm not too keen on Shogun TK. If not for that helmet, I would've decided to skip it as well.
I always have in mind a very different Shogun TK design something like this :

Done by one of the customizer. One of the best TK Custom I've ever seen someone does.
Of course this is Ashley Wood's design and he decide how Shogun looks like, perfectly legit. But I just wish it looks more like that custom piece.

Just got my Lady Sham and my first 10 finger Robot Gang Member yesterday, # 2 with the meat cleavers. I'm really impressed with both especially the 10 finger # 2. Gotta get the King now ! Here are some shots of my Lady Sham, 10 finger shots to come later.

Another great one! Can I ask if you're using photos for your backgrounds? Or are you comping them in using photoshop or something similar? You do a great job matching the directionality of the light. The figures still really POP! but they look "right" with the background.

My own attempts at this kind of thing have met with frustration and failure, heh. I'm going to try just using images on my monitor for backgrounds. That's probably not going to work so great either.

today i got my nom commanders mib and they come with a "card" there something special about it??? what is it for...


also need some help with the jungle colorway... i have only humans... need some bots that fit to jungle and nom!

so you'll be wanting the Jungler DC then

or how about the Caesar, theres a Jungler one too !

if I had to choose then it would be the DC, theres a MK2 coming so might want to hold off to see if they do a jungler colourway

oh the good old cards in the NOM Commanders box, two versions were done.....the special which was done for people who ordered one of the first 75 where as everyone else got the standard card

Thanks again Zipflint I use photo's and my moniter. Lately I use more paper photo's especially large screenshots from videogames, photo's I take myself or from magazines. You have to use the correct balance of light and distance from the monitor or paper photo to control glare. Use lots of lamps or lightboxes and shoot in very low light !!

Thanks for the information, I really do appreciate it! I'm a little confused though. You say use lots of lamps but also shoot in very low light? I'm guessing you mean use the lamps for very directional light? That would be how I would attempt to match the shadows from the backgrounds with the shadows on the figures in the foreground.

'join NOM' is only something for a bit of fun, but if you have a card from the first 75 then it will say on it N.O.M Recruit Alpha then below it THE FIRST 75

haha ta, to be honest all of the 1:1 stuff is now sold on as is most of my predator figures......my 3A collection on the other hand is quite large !! which isn't really reflected in my collection thread so perhaps I need to do an update
