Got my Nom 4th and 27th today. I much prefer the 4th with the upgrades I'm working on for him, and I'm very excited for the winter fatigue Nom now.

The new boots are fantastic, pouches are upgraded with leather straps, figures look great overall, I'm really enjoying them. I don't like the lack of a left trigger hand though, seems like a no-brainer when they include two pistols. I can't warm up to the new "relaxed" hand that they come with either, I haven't found a good pose for it yet, and I thought the batons they come with were combat knives in the promo shots. They don't have a hand to hold them properly, so they're kinda useless.

Can't wait for the portable Caesar to arrive next week hopefully!

I too am really excited for the Blanc di Sciple. I like his color scheme the most for sure.

My interest for Shogun has actually waned. Not way up excited anyway when it was first shown but I really like that helmet.

Meanwhile, got my NOM 4 & 27 yesterday and managed to fiddle with both this morning. Arguably the best 3A figures I've got this year. The helmet is a retooled one and it looks sleeker than those on Barguest and Fantome. Like the new rickety body too but the joints doesn't seem as sturdy as those bodies of old. Mine has lose wrists and they probably can't hold anything heavier while keeping the wrist in position. Ankle pretty lose swiveling around easily too. No one footed stance there.
Boots are the highlights but I'm fearing they couldn't stand the tide of time. The question is, how long can they be kept intact. Time will tell.

Ah yea, my guys had floppy wrist joints too porkins. Also the 1st recent figure that didn't include extra joints.

Does anybody have any pics of the base body for the new NOM figures? I got 2 NOM27's with the intention of customizing one, but I'm not sure how the feet work. Are they the same as previous 3A/Hot Toys bodies?

Playing around with my NOM27s...

I swapped out the uniform on one of the NOM27s for a black boiler suit from a zomb. Just adding a bit of variety to the ranks.

Also, here is a crappy pic of my collection so far:

Got my replacement suit for Sham. The stitching all around is better, not just a fix for the holes around the hands.

Heh heh, seriously though....if I wanted to get ahold of a Sham (almost any color would do, since I don't have any) and a Popbot like what's in your background....what am I looking at? Are those 'bots even available anymore?
