Do you really think a grown non-gay man would let another man molest him? Most likely not. Unless this so called non-gay man was restrained, there's no way it could happen unless it was consensual. Whoever the accusations are coming from let it happen, and are trying to make bank. Simple is that.

Or unless it is part of the business. I'm sure there are some massage parlors where this kind of thing is more acceptable than others. Of course, there is a stereotype about Asian massage parlors.

It is fairly common and depending where you are most of the time acceptable to be nude and even get an erection during a massage, although not with a man, and it is typically upto the massuese how far they will allow the person to go. You want to make someone, especially someone who would be a large client like that comfortable. I read it as he didn't have a problem with him being nude, rather it was when he roled over on his back and began grabbing the massuese's legs and ass and requested his scrotum rubbed that the massuese said no and walked out which would make sense to me.
What else would you do, a 30 year old man screaming "Help John Travolta's trying to rape me" and running out of the room would be a bit insane.
I don't know if it happened or not, but again my point isn't simply John Travolta is gay, there is nothing wrong with that, it's the accusations that people are finding disgusting if true.

I think 1 of 2 things happened. Either something sexual happened and the guy was into it (at the time) but the "tip" wasn't big enough or something to warrant continued discretion or its a completely made up scenario.
I've never gotten a professional massage, so I don't know, but I doubt a parlor on the up and up would continue with a customer who asks for and doesn't receive special treatment. Gay or Straight.

I get massages from the healthplex gym, it's in the lower level of a hospital, where the seventy sixers often practive, its completely legit, but I have a friend who goes to the other kind of place, and I can assure you those places are everywhere. Theres about 15 differant places ranging from russian(actually more common then asian), to asian etc, in the city of Philadelphia alone I know of from talking to him and another dozen in Atlantic City.

This is my viewpoint as well. I have no phobia against homosexuals. And if JT is gay no sweat, and he seems to be pretty low-key about it.
And that is why the intensity of these accusations shocks me. True or not, this seems to come straight out of left field, to me. But maybe I've been under a rock as even the picture that was posted in this thread went under my radar until it showed up here.

I'm more bothered if it's true Travolta is living a lie. He should just open up about who he is. It's not the 70's anymore. He won't lose his career today. And what does it say about Kelly Preston if she is playing along?

I think it's pretty well known that Travolta is gay. Many gay men and women in Hollywood have beards. I have a cousin in the entertainment industry and remember hearing that when his son died, he was ready to leave Scientology and come out of the closet. Scientology doesn't like members leaving and I am sure they have made it difficult for him to leave. With all their auditing, they most likely have a ton of info on him he wouldn't want out. I think it's sad that he is obviously so miserable and for whatever reasons has to hide who he really is. But that is no excuse to sexually assault/harass anyone - if these allegations are indeed true.

Bottom line is still why is he hiding being gay or bi? Almost anyone under the age of 40 worth knowing have put such prejudices behind. He should just come out. Hell, he might even drag scientology kicking and screaming to be more accepting. Or he should leave the church (better choice)
