That's also what I think (except that Norman will be full on Hulk Size) but that video calls the bust "Green Goblin" rather than a Hobgoblin or some such which I don't like. I also think between that and Gwen's reveal in the latest trailer that she is going to leave to goto school in the UK that she will die at his hands in this one. I think that's also why they cut MJ from this one. Her being there would have been too much a hint that Gwen was toast and at the same time wouldn't make Gwen's death as powerful knowing the next girls already lined up and ready. Peter won't already have her there to lean on.

I think they'll refine the serum and Norman will be like Harry but Green and bigger. not hulk sized like Ultimate Goblin but maybe Drax sized.

Please no! I was never a huge fan of goblin but man that hulk goblin from ultimate just looks stupid imho. I want glider and pumpkin bomb throwing goblin not hulk fire from hand throwing goblin. Still think that harry is some form of either hobgoblin or protogoblin. Hell they introduced hobgoblin before Green goblin in the 90s show so maybe thats what they are doing here. All in all I wonder what pushes harry over the edge to want to kill peter?

Even if they go the Ultimate route with Norman Goblin, I'd be he'd use the goblin tech
