I mean this thread in itself is ridiculous, brilliant and hilarious IMO.
There's no point in dwelling on it, like what you like and don't apologise for it.

Well from what I've seen of this film, it makes ASM1 Oscar worthy.

I have zero doubt this movie will be worse than TASM1, it's my second most anticipated superhero film of the year. I would put Cap 2 above it, but Chris Evans just isn't Captain America to me, and he's nowhere near as good an actor as Andrew Garfield. Andrew's performance as Spidey, is looking incredible from the what I've seen in the trailers, that's what I mainly care about, not much on comic book consistency.

There are all classes of Spidey hate going on in this thread.

People who hate the Raimi pics and always hated them.
People who hate the Raimi pics because they love whatever the latest version is (being TASM and it's sequel).
People who hate TASM because they didn't like it.
People who hate TASM because they loved the Raimi versions.
... And many other variations therein..

C'mon people there is enough room for all kinds of hate in this thread!

I like all the Spider-Man movies; Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, Spider-Man 3 (yes), and The Amazing Spider-Man... that's allowed right? It's ok to like Raimi AND Webb?

I loved Spiderman 1, I'm in the minority, but I like it better than Spiderman 2, which I also think is good. TASM1 I felt was a bit underwhelming, but TASM2 looks great so far in my opinion. Tobey and Andrew both do a fine job in my opinion.

i use to like them but grown to dislike them the cast is what bothered me the most.

I think the biggest annoyance to me was Franco and Dunst. Dunst became a bag lady after the first film, and Franco was the annoying ****** he is in every film he does in all 3 films.

I thought SM2 was great, but in some ways I still feel SM1 was superior. I guess since the original Goblin was his toughest villain in that trilogy.

Someone should piece together all the footage and see what it totals up to. I bet we've seen like 20 minutes of this movie. That's what happened with SM3. They actually gave away the entire(all of it) Goblin and Spidey fight in a preview. They spent 2 whole movies building up to it and put it out as a feature on youtube.

Yep, no way I'm doing any searches at this point. I feel like I've seen too much and I've probably seen a fraction of what most of you have seen.

The trailer shown before Cap was pretty good. I will see the film but it's still last on must see Marvel flicks.
