I'm not going to get too worked up over the concept art since that is what is is a concept which may not be too close to the final look. This grainy pic from the SDCC footage makes it look like at least the head is quite different from the concept art. That would fix my major complaint on the concept of the head and eyes looking too human.

Looking pretty good so far. I like it. Reminds me of the goombas from the super mario bros movie though

i am hoping for more of a snout... the concept looks more like The Scorpion than The Lizard.
