Re: The Amazing Spider-Man

She looked pretty good in the first, "meh" in the second, and like a cancer patient in the third.

A cancer patient? Really? :slap

I thought she looked good in Spidey 3. She looked terrible in Spider-Man 2 though.

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man

Good in 3? I don't think so...

I'll give people the first because there are times were she was passable but by the third I thought they were trying to introduce a Green Goblin proper with her transformation.

Hanna Hilton should have played Mary Jane.

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man

MJ is supposed to be a model. She turns heads wherever she is. The only way I'll be turning my head when Dunst is in the room is when I break my own neck. Dunst as MJ...pffft.

Absolutely :lecture

She was thin, pale, and her hair honestly seemed to be thinning out. And I sincerely mean no disrespect to anyone who has a victim of cancer in their life, just noting the unfortunate side-effects of treatment.

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man

She was hot in the first one. Didn't like her much in the second or third. Her character pretty much pissed me off by those movies. Who didn't piss you off in the third one? Seriously... I can't think of one part of that movie that doesn't piss me off.

The only good part of sm3 was the sandman subway fight, the rest was ____.

I don't remember having any problems with the action. But when surrounded with annoying characters and a convoluted story, I couldn't give a crap about it all!

I have no desire to ever see that movie again. It's not even so bad it's good like Batman and Robin was. It's painful to see them have taken the characters and story from the previous films and turn it into THAT. Maybe this reboot will make all of Raimi's not worth watching anymore. Wo knows? :dunno

Re: The Amazing Spider-Man

I got to see the new trailer in 3D at the TPM screening. In some ways it looked impressive but I think it was too soon. I sat near people who were very confused. I guess they expected it to fit in with the Tobey Maguire stuff. I just feel like Sony would have been better off letting it be for a few more years. I think if Batman Begins had been a few years earlier it would have had trouble selling itself.

Yeah that's been the reaction of every single "average-movie-goer" I know. But the studio had to make another movie within a certain time frame or the rights go back to Marvel.
