So I saw this flick last night at the Arclight and it was amazing. It my reinforces my opinion that Brad Pitt is awesome and a great actor. If you get a chance to see it, do it.

The entire film was filmed here, where I live.

Damn, then you live in a beautiful area. the sets and cinemotography was amazing.

This one has been on my "to see" list for a while. :duff

yea, mine too and I'm sure you'll love it. Casey Affleck really played the akward, social misfit type of character very well. some scenes I was cringing in because it was so akward. people in the theater, myself included, were laughing at some scenes I know we shoudln't be laughing at. I guess you'll see that when you watch the film.

I just heard about this the other day, looked pretty good. I'll have to check it out. Anything with a title that long has to :rock

I need to go see it as the state of Missouri plays a big part in the whole thing.

I've been really looking forward to this. I agree Brad Pitt is a great actor, but only in the right roles, and this looks like one of them. If anyone hasn't seen the director Andrew Dominik's movie "Chopper," do yourself a favor and watch it now! Hopefully this can live up to.

yea, eric bana is awesome in chopper. I think they are different movies, but IMO, Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford is better (with a better title too!!). BUT, the movie gets a little slow half-way through, but that's understandable for a 2 hour 40something minute long movie. But for themost part, it keeps your interest.

Damm this country. This movie won't be in the cinema until the 18th of October. :monkey2:monkey2:monkey2

You think you got it bad, it won't play in denmark aka "s@#thole" untill Nov. 2nd:monkey2

I have been waiting for this movie a long time too, am nuts about westerns:rock:rock:rock

Damn, I didn't even know this was out yet!

Or was it an advanced screening?

I love Westerns and this one looks bad ass and yes Brad Pitt can act his ass off!! :rock

It's playing at the ArcLight, on Sunset Blvd. You don't live too far away, should check it out.

I might just do that this weekend! I've never been there, but I've heard it's really nice; I like that they have a theater that you can drink alcohol in. :rock

yea, that is nice. But that movie isn't playing it in :monkey2 I believe Across the Universe is playing in it :monkey1:monkey1:monkey1

:monkey4 That sucks, I'd love to see a big movie like Transformers or a funny ass flick like Superbad in that theater, get wasted and have a blast. The best part is, I could even take the Metro home from there! :duff :rock

:rock:rock:rock:rock You defintely see a..."wide" variety of freaks, I mean people there. Yesterday, I saw two lesbians snuggling and one had a giant Mohawk about 2 feet high with chains everywhere, it was fantastic.
