Hello fellow freaks, just wondering if anybody is a fan of The Big Bang Theory. Sheldon Cooper, Leonard Hofstadter, Penny, Howard Wolowitz and Raj Koothrappali the main cast of the show and it would be cool to have a diorama of them on the desk or shelf. Just a thought and I hope this doesn't lead to any misunderstanding especially with the women protagonist Star Puffs who thinks we men are perverts. But anyways lets keep it to the point and just look at it from the TV show point of view.

Thank you for your time, comments and suggestions in advance. :)

I don't get the appeal but I have lost interest in sitcoms years ago. I'd say no since they are just normal looking people, hello David from Roseanne. :wave

A big ____ing NO THANK YOU.

I never once found "Bazinga" funny.

But Premium format? Five 18" comedians isn't remotely visually appealing vs say the Terminator. Not to mention how much space it'd take up.

I would have to say no. The show isn't funny, or at least to me. I thought I was going to "click" because of the style of the sitcom, but it was boring.

Well this would be unique. I agree it will be very big but it would be something never done before. 5 characters in one diorama. The cost will also be more but investing in one of a kind would not be a big issue.

Who is that in your avatar Valfar?

Peter Steele from the band Type O Negative.

I saw them live back in 96-99 a few times, he died recently and i am back listening to their stuff again. I met him as well, back when he was in good shape and no drama in his life, was a nice guy..tall man, had to be 7ft.

Actually, a day after his death a buddy of mine was over at my bestfriends place and Peter's cousin was with him, i met her once but, forgot she was related to him until she mentioned it after i was talking about his death..they even look a bit a like..scary.

When i met him, he looked like this..

But, before he died..he looked something like this..train wreck ending i think, he was only 48 and died of heart failure..must have been drugs.

Despite the posts on this thread already there are fans of this show on these boards. I love this show and watch it repeatedly, TiVo'd episodes are often background noise whenever I'm doing something else. That being said I would never pay PF money for even one of the characters on the show nevertheless all five main cast members. I would love someone to create 1/6 representations of them, since you'd only really need the heads and be able to kitbash the rest but even then I'd probably just get Leonard and Sheldon.

You'll find a hard time getting people to agree that this kind of thing is worthwhile and since Sideshow hasn't had much success getting musicians and historical figures to fly off their shelves in PF stylings I doubt you'll get much response from them as well.

Id buy a Penny PF, she shows some awesome cleavage!
but thats about it.... who the hell wants a PF of that dude from roseanne, LOL.
Apart from that a Sheldon action figure for $10 would be ok....
love the show though.

:lol hey mate you need to be less frank as Star Puffs will start a forum of obscenity and explicit use of language against you :wink1::wink1:

I actually I like the show (not always super funny but I get a giggle), but Pfs no way, maybe 12" custom head sculpts would get people interested
