I slipped in the shower lastnight and my entire 300lb frame went airborne backwards and I landed on the edge of the bath tub with my left shoulder!

Yes it popped my shoulder right out tearing thru all the ligaments in the process plus a slew of other smaller injuries from the shelving and faucet!

Now i’m ready for the last episode lol
